On Tuesday 23rd March we have Enrolment General Information Meetings to inform you of the process to be followed this year.
There is a meeting at 1.30pm at Holy Cross and another at 7.30pm at St Brigid’s and this is when enrolment application forms will be available. If you have a Prep child you are intending to enrol for 2011, please attend one of these meetings.
Working Bee
Our first Working Bee was on Saturday and what a great Working Bee it was. A great attendance helped us do all the jobs we needed to get done plus a couple more. I would encourage all parents to remember the commitment they made to our school at enrolment
time and to please attend at least one of the remaining Working Bees. There is so much work to be done around our school and we will save
“thousands” through our working bees. Next Working Bee is on Saturday

Building the Education Revolution
Very soon we will be re erecting our shade area which will have a stage built underneath it for outdoor performances. Also, the painters have moved in and will be painting the interior walls and should be finished with their job in a couple of weeks time. The outdoor paving should be started soon and the fit off for plumbers, electricians and cabinet makes should be on the way soon also.
Quiz Master
We have uploaded a quiz on our website that is a bit of fun and an opportunity for either some research but he children or for mum and dad to show off their general knowledge.
Responses to the quiz can be emailed to me for correction and the first correct entry will reward the children of that family with a free canteen lunch!! Start hitting the web everyone. If anyone does not have access to our website, they can see me to get a paper copy of the quiz.
